We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Commercial Cleaner to join our team. Bothwell Cleaners is a growing professional commercial cleaning company providing high-quality cleaning services to offices, healthcare settings, community facilities and holiday accommodation.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Commercial Cleaner to join our friendly team.
Most work will take place during early mornings or evenings, depending on our clients' requirements.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, healthcare settings, and industrial facilities
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to a high standard
- Cleaning and sanitising restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste responsibly
- Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
- Ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning tasks
- Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Following cleaning checklists to ensure consistently high standards
Skills
- Previous experience helpful but not essential as training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards hygiene standards and confidentiality
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to health & safety guidelines
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Willing to learn
This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in creating clean and hygienic environments. Applicants should be organised, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various commercial settings. A driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous but are not essential.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
