You will learn how to support the planning and delivery of events, coordinate with customers and team members, manage event activities and contribute to creating positive experiences.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will gradually take on greater responsibility and develop practical skills in event coordination, communication, organisation, customer service and team management. For the right person, there are clear opportunities to progress into senior event management and leadership positions.

- Monitor event activities and respond promptly to customer or operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records relating to event schedules, customer information and administrative tasks.
- Work closely with team members to meet event objectives and maintain high service standards.
- Develop knowledge of event management, customer engagement, operations and team leadership through structured training and practical experience.

Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, administration, sales, marketing, business, events or other people-focused environments may find their existing skills particularly useful.
Experience
Previous experience in relevant event management, customer-facing, administrative, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, operations, or related roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
