Universal Concierge Services Ltd is seeking a multilingual enthusiastic and talented architectural project coordinator/designer to join our team in London.
We are a small firm with a diverse portfolio that includes luxury concierge services offering project design services, property maintenance to high-end private houses and buildings.
As a forward-thinking business, we are committed to delivering thoughtful, high-quality design, architectural solutions, lighting and furniture intersect creating built-in structures, modular walls, and allowing multi-use fittings to merge with interior design to achieve space optimisation, acoustics, and workflow performance in residential spaces.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience across all stages of projects, from concept design through to completion on site. From the outset, successful candidates will be given a high level of responsibility appropriate to their experience and will play an active role in both the design and technical development of projects. The breadth of work and level of exposure offered provides an excellent foundation for professional development.
Successful applicant should:
▪ hold a first or 2:1 master’s degree/diploma (or equivalent)
▪ experience in preparation of architectural drawings and work with related documentation
▪ demonstrate strong design, technical and detailing abilities
▪ proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
▪ be confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team
▪ possess good hand-drawing skills
▪ good communication skills with ability to liaise with clients, contractors, specialists and consultants when required
▪ fluency in additional languages, including Russian, is necessary
