The Site Manager will be the main point of contact for Clients & other stakeholders during the execution phase of this prestigious restoration project. Ensuring that early warning, NCEs, Milestone reviews etc are raised and submitted in an accurate & timely fashion.
Be responsible for keeping the UCL Management team updated with progress vs programme, risk register, QEHS. Ensuring any issues are escalated as appropriate and in a timely fashion.
Main tasks include
Effective management of resources within the agreed cost plan (Plant, People, Logistics, Materials etc)
Management & delivery of quality, including record keeping of the "as found" condition of components, repairs and finished condition.
Line Management of Site Personnel
Ensure that all Quality Policies and Safety regulations are in place, understood, monitored and followed up with appropriate corrective actions.
Pay: £30.00-£36.00 per hour
