The Potted Lobster is a busy, vibrant seafood restaurant in the heart of Abersoch, known for fresh locally sourced ingredients, a relaxed coastal atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team for the season and beyond.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly
- Washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Supporting chefs with basic food prep when required
- Maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Assisting with deliveries and stock organisation
- Helping the team during busy services
What we’re looking for:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team player with good communication skills
- Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential
