Performing high-specification, industrial, and commercial cleaning across the UK.
Key responsibilities include detailed, team-based cleaning of warehouses, construction sites, and offices—such as degreasing, high-level cleaning, and sanitizing—while ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Industrial/Commercial Cleaning: Deep cleaning warehouses, factories, and distribution centres, including degreasing, sanitizing, and high-level cleaning of cladding and lighting.
- Post-Construction Cleanup: Removing dust and debris following renovations to ensure safety and hygiene.
- Detailed Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning windows, washrooms, and kitchens.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to health and safety guidelines,, and potentially working with hazardous materials in specialised environments.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous cleaning experience is prefered for these specialized roles.
- Skills: Ability to work well in a team under a supervisor and follow detailed instructions.
- Communication: Proficiency in English is typically required.
- Reliability: Flexibility to work in various environments and sometimes cover shifts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with hand tools and power tools in an industrial or construction setting is preferred
- Construction experience is highly desirable for understanding facility maintenance needs
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
