Rooftop Cinema Club started in 2011 as a single rooftop in London and has expanded globally with 9 venues across the US and UK. We are looking to grow our presence in the US and UK with 15 + new rooftop venues projected over the next 3 years.
We are on a mission to change the way people experience open-air cinema. We transform nights at the movies with sunsets & starlit evenings, stunning views, friends, loved ones, awesome drink & food and great movies on the big screen. The Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, fresh pizzas in a fast-paced, experience-driven environment.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a cinema + hospitality setting, where food is part of the show.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage fresh pizza dough (mixing, fermenting, portioning)
- Stretch, top, and cook pizzas to a high standard
- Operate stone-bake or wood-fired ovens
- Maintain consistency, speed, and presentation during peak service
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (UK regulations)
- Manage prep, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness
- Support kitchen team during busy service periods
✅ Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role
- Experience in high-volume service environments
- Strong understanding of dough fermentation and pizza techniques
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Right to work in the UK
