Carrickroe Community Childcare is an established early years service located in the heart of Carrickroe Village. Our setting has grown at a considerable rate over the last number of years thanks to a growing and experienced childcare team, a dedicated committee and families in the local community who trust, use and support our service.
With a new state of the art facility due to start construction over the next few months we are recruiting:
Early Years Manager
Criteria:
- Minimum Level 7 in Early Years Education & Care (Level 8 desirable)
- Has 3+ years experience in a similar setting and 2+ years in a Management role
- Understands legistation, compliance & safeguarding requirements
- Strong leader with excellent communication skills and a warm child centred approach
What we offer:
- Full-time position, 35-40 hours/week (4 day week)
- €45,000 - €49,000 Salary depending on experience
- 25 Days Annual Leave
Pension scheme available. Job offer will be subject to Garda Vetting and 6 months probation.
