About the Role:
At Profesor Nativo Learning Services Ltd, we support learners, professionals, and organisations through practical language training, online learning programmes, and skills development services. We believe effective learning should be clear, engaging, accessible, and connected to real progress.
We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager who can take ownership of training programmes, learner experience, course quality, and development planning. This is a key leadership role for someone who understands how to design useful learning content, support trainers, and improve learning outcomes across different audiences.
You will work closely with senior management, tutors, course coordinators, learners, and client organisations to make sure training programmes are well structured, professionally delivered, and continuously improved. You will be expected to manage learning projects, review course performance, support teaching teams, and help build a strong learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Learning Programme Management:
Plan, manage, and improve training programmes, online courses, learning schedules, and development pathways for individual learners and client organisations.
Training Design:
Support the design of learning materials, lesson structures, workshops, assessments, and digital learning resources that are clear, practical, and engaging.
Team Leadership:
Guide tutors, trainers, course coordinators, and support staff. Provide feedback, coaching, and practical support to improve delivery standards.
Learner Experience:
Monitor learner feedback, course completion, engagement, and satisfaction. Identify ways to improve learning outcomes and overall learner support.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
Work with client organisations, senior management, trainers, and learners to understand training needs and deliver programmes that meet agreed goals.
Quality Assurance:
Review course content, trainer performance, assessment standards, and learning processes to ensure programmes remain professional and effective.
Reporting and Improvement:
Prepare updates on programme performance, learner outcomes, attendance, feedback, and improvement actions. Use data and feedback to guide future decisions.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, training management, education, online learning, language teaching, tutoring operations, or a similar role.
Leadership:
Previous experience managing trainers, tutors, course coordinators, learning teams, freelancers, or education projects is strongly preferred.
Learning and Development Skills:
Strong understanding of training design, learner engagement, programme planning, coaching, assessments, and digital learning delivery.
Education Quality:
Good knowledge of course quality standards, learner support, teaching improvement, feedback review, and continuous programme development.
Communication:
You can communicate clearly and professionally with learners, trainers, senior management, client organisations, and internal teams.
Problem Solving:
You are confident handling learner concerns, training delivery issues, scheduling challenges, course feedback, quality concerns, and changing programme needs.
Mindset:
You are organised, learner focused, practical, and improvement driven. You know how to balance course quality, learner experience, trainer support, and business goals.
Pay: £3,800.00-£4,800.00 per month
