We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Supported Living Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in helping us deliver outstanding support to the people we work for.
About the Role
This is much more than an administration position.
As a key member of our Supported Living team, you will work closely with Service Managers, support teams, and the people we support to ensure services run efficiently, information is managed effectively, and all regulatory requirements are met.
Your organisation, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks will directly contribute to people receiving high-quality support and living the life they choose.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Supported Living Administrator, you'll:
✅ Coordinate and schedule important meetings and events, including reviews, support planning meetings, team meetings, staff one-to-ones, and observations
✅ Send invitations, maintain records, and take meeting minutes where required
✅ Support compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate documentation is maintained
✅ Manage the flow of information between services, staff teams, families, and external stakeholders
✅ Maintain filing, scanning, indexing, and document management systems
✅ Ensure key paperwork is available and up to date within supported living services
✅ Provide a professional front-of-house experience by greeting visitors and handling incoming enquiries
✅ Support colleagues through effective administration and annual leave cover
✅ Assist staff with information management systems and processes
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
✔ Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
✔ Confident communicating with a wide range of people
✔ Experienced in administrative and office-based duties
✔ Comfortable using digital systems and maintaining accurate records
✔ Professional, approachable, and solution-focused
✔ Passionate about making a positive difference behind the scenes
Why Join SOL?
