We are currently hiring for a customer-focused Senior Administrator. This is a full-time role with some Hybrid working.
Assisting with the management of a portfolio and offering support to property managers.
We are looking for an organised, efficient & customer service driven individual.
Your role will be admin based and you will be assisting with the management of a property portfolio, you’ll also have duties such as managing maintenance works, organising contractors and liaising with leaseholders and clients.

Responsibilities
To maintain communications response with all clients, leaseholders, contractors and other customers including telephone calls and emails.
To maintain polite and professional communications within all correspondence whether verbal or written.
Day-to-day to proactively develop service levels across your portfolio to exceed client expectations.
Dealing with conflict resolution
Assist in the management of all contractors. Arranging for keys to be supplied to contractors for works as necessary. Keep all Key records up to date
Request and chase quotations from contractors as necessary.
Locate and book venues for AGM’s. Prepare documentation for AGM’s
Ensure all post for Property Manager is sent out.
Keep all documents folders up to date with relevant information.
Filing.
To carry out ad-hoc duties as instructed by PM.
