Solar PV Installer (Domestic & Commercial)

We're based in Ringwood and deliver renewable energy projects throughout Southern England, from family homes to factories, schools, warehouses and large-scale commercial developments.
We're accredited by RECC, MCS and Trustmark.
We're urgently hiring experienced solar installers to join our growing team.
The role
- Installing solar PV systems across domestic and commercial sites (roof-mount, ground-mount and canopy)
- Working across factories, offices, schools, agricultural sites, sports facilities and residential properties
- Installing solar battery storage and EV charging systems where required
- Working to BS7671 wiring regulations and MCS installation standards
- Keeping installations on time, on budget and to specification
What we're looking for
- Proven experience installing solar PV systems (domestic and/or commercial)
- BPEC Solar PV and battery storage qualification
- Good understanding of BS7671 wiring regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- A safety-first approach and pride in high-quality workmanship
- Strong team player with good communication skills
