We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and committed Care Assistants to work with our existing staff providing care to the residents at Avondale Care Home.
We want care staff who understand how important person centered care, dignity and respect are when providing good care. Carers who are committed to delivering high quality care will fit in well with our established experienced team.
We will support your ongoing training and development. A personalized training programme will be developed for all our new employees. the position rotates through seven days a week. We are looking for carers who would like to work days .
Previous experience in the care industry is preferred but we will consider applicants new to the sector. Opportunities in NVQ training will be offered to the right candidate
This is a small care home with 18 residents
The job position will require to work a mixture of weekends , mornings and afternoon s Monday to Sunday, shift starts at 8am until 2pm, 2pm to 8pm, 12 hrs shifts or nights are 8pm to 8am

Salary: £12.71 per hour
