Job Opportunity: Delivery Driver / Porter – Immediate Start
We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Driver / Porter to join our busy logistics team, delivering household appliances across a 60-mile radius from our Coventry depot.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK’s leading white goods suppliers.
About the Role:Start time: Around 6:00 AM daily
Location: Based in Coventry – deliveries within a 60-mile radiusTeam setup:
Two-person delivery teamsVehicles:
Fully fuelled vans provided each morning and returned to the depot after your shiftKey Responsibilities:
Deliver and unload white goods such as washing machines, fridges, and dishwashers
Represent the company professionally and ensure excellent customer service
Follow pre-planned routes and schedules efficiently
Carry out basic disconnections and installations (training can be provided)Handle goods safely and assist with heavy lifting
Ideal Candidate Will Have:A strong focus on customer satisfaction
Good communication and teamwork skillsBasic plumbing knowledge (beneficial, not essential)Physically fit and able to handle heavy items
Professional and reliable attitudeRequirements:
For Drivers:Minimum 3 years’ driving experienceFull UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 minor points; no bans)
For All Applicants (Drivers and Porters):Must have the legal right to work in the UKA valid Right to Work Share Code is requiredMust be reliable, punctual, and physically capable of manual handling
Pay & Benefits:Hourly rate: £13/hourPayment: Weekly (paid every Monday)
Pay: £24,420.00-£74,466.59 per year
