Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technician Trainee to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who have just left education and looking to gain hands-on experience in the technical field. The Technician Trainee will assist in various tasks related to equipment maintenance and repair of caravans and motorhomes, while developing essential skills in face-to-face customer service.
Duties;
- Participate in equipment repair and maintenance tasks under the supervision of experienced technicians.
- Utilise power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
- Assisting our sales team on a weekend by helping customers with their enquiries.
- Assist with demonstration's of sold caravans/motorhomes to their new owners
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
Experience
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools is advantageous.
- A willingness to learn about equipment repair techniques and customer service practices is essential.
- Candidates should be physically capable of performing heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Mechanical Background would also be advantageous.
