Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part-time Cleaner to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to maintaining a pristine and welcoming workspace. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a strong work ethic to ensure our facilities are spotless and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces using commercial cleaning techniques
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are properly sanitized and maintained
- Handle waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently and responsibly
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to management
- Support team efforts during special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to schedules
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable with excellent time management skills
Pay: £12.71 per hour
