The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Repairs Operative to join our growing team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential to extend depending on business requirements. This is primarily a property repairs and maintenance role, with some cleaning, finishing and grounds maintenance duties.
Location
This is a field-based role covering Manchester and surrounding areas. You will travel between different client sites each day, and the specific sites may vary depending on business requirements.
The Role
· Carry out general property repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
· Complete caulking, silicone and mastic repairs.
· Undertake basic painting and decorating.
· Complete minor snagging, finishing and making-good works.
· Carry out new build sparkle and completion cleans where required.
· Perform internal and external property cleaning activities.
· Complete basic grounds maintenance, including lawn mowing, strimming and hedge trimming.
· Accurately record work completed using company systems.
· Comply with all health and safety requirements and company policies.
Working Hours
· Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.
· Minimum 40 hours per week.
· Start and finish times may vary depending on site and client requirements.
· Occasional evening or weekend overtime may be available.

Role Criteria – Essential
· Full clean UK driving licence.
· Relevant experience in property repairs and maintenance.
· Ability and willingness to travel between sites each day.
· Good attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
· Positive and proactive approach.
· Good time management and organisational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good communication and customer service skills.
· Basic IT skills and ability to record information accurately.
Role Criteria – Desirable
· CSCS Card.
· Experience in the new build sector.
· New build sparkle cleaning experience.
· Basic gardening or grounds maintenance experience.
Additional Information
This is an initial 6-month fixed-term contract with potential to extend depending on business requirements.

Pay: £31,200.00-£36,400.00 per year
