Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as required.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and disinfected to meet cleanliness standards.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to the relevant team promptly.
- Restock cleaning supplies and guest essentials to ensure readiness for incoming guests.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines during cleaning procedures.
- Maintain organised storage of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Follow specific instructions regarding guest preferences or special requests.
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality is highly desirable.
- Experience working in hotels or hospitality environments is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a friendly and professional approach with guests.
- Attention to detail to ensure every aspect of cleanliness is addressed meticulously.
