We're looking for a General Manager who shares those values and wants to lead a team that's passionate about creating memorable experiences every single day.

Other Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
- Analyse weekly sales and performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve average spend and guest frequency.
- Work with the wider group on new menu launches, seasonal campaigns and events.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Develop strategic plans to expand business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
We're not looking for someone to simply run a café.
We're looking for someone who wants to build a team, create a culture and continue growing one of Birmingham's favourite independent coffee destinations.
