Summary
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer and Panel Beater to join our team at Fleetsmart Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicle panels to ensure safety and aesthetic standards are met. Your work will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our fleet services.
Responsibilities
- Repair damaged vehicle panels using appropriate techniques and tools.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete repairs.
- Interpret schematics to understand vehicle structures and components.
- Weld metal parts as necessary to restore vehicle integrity.
- Assemble parts back onto vehicles after repairs are completed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater or similar role in automotive repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment safely as required by the job.
- Good communication skills for customer interaction and teamwork.
