About Property Pulse
Property Pulse is a growing property maintenance and construction business delivering high-quality work on residential and small commercial sites across the UK. We handle a wide variety of jobs — from repairs and refurbishments to larger maintenance contracts — and we take pride in doing the work properly, first time.We are a small, tight-knit team, and that is exactly how we like it. Every person here has a direct impact on the quality of work we deliver and the reputation we are building. As we scale from 3-4 jobs per month to 7 or more, we are looking to bring on a reliable, capable tradesperson who can grow with us.The RoleWe are looking for a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson with a strong core trade specialism to join our field team. This is a hands-on, site-based role where no two days are the same. You will be trusted to manage yourself on site, deliver excellent quality work, and represent the business well in front of clients. You will be the person clients see and deal with on a day-to-day basis, so professionalism, reliability, and good communication are just as important as the quality of your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out skilled trade work across residential and small commercial properties to a high standard
- Apply your core specialism (e.g. plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plastering, tiling, or similar) as the primary scope of each job
- Support across other trades where required — this is a multi-skilled role and versatility is essential
- Manage your time effectively on site to meet deadlines and keep jobs on schedule
- Maintain a tidy, safe working environment at all times
- Communicate clearly with clients and the wider team throughout each job
- Flag any additional work identified on site to the business, supporting pipeline development
- Take ownership of your work from start to finish
Requirements
Must-Have
- Demonstrable specialism in at least one core trade (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plastering, tiling, rendering, or equivalent)
- Proven hands-on experience across multiple trades — you are comfortable working beyond your core specialism
- Experience working on residential properties and/or small commercial sites
- Ability to work independently and manage yourself on site without constant supervision
- A professional approach with clients — punctual, presentable, and clear in your communication
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools
Nice-to-Have
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (e.g. Gas Safe, NICEIC, NVQ, CSCS card)
- Experience managing small jobs end-to-end, including materials sourcing
- Prior experience in a property maintenance or multi-trade environment
- Basic knowledge of health and safety requirements on site
What the Ideal Candidate Looks Like
You are an experienced tradesperson who takes real pride in your work. You have a trade you are known for — something you are genuinely skilled at — but you have picked up a solid working knowledge across other areas over the years. You do not need to be managed closely; you know what a good job looks like and you get on with it.You are the kind of person who spots a problem before it becomes one, keeps the client informed without being asked, and leaves a site cleaner than you found it. You are reliable, consistent, and you show up — because you understand that in this industry, reputation is everything. You are looking for more than just the next job. You want to be part of something that is growing, where good work is recognised, and where there is room to develop as the business scales. What We Offer
