We’re looking for a compassionate individual(s) to provide high quality, person-centre care We would like the successful candidate(s) to embrace the culture of our Home, foster a positive, welcoming and supportive living environment for both Residents and visitors to Autumn Lodge.
We are looking for full-time or part-time to cover lead weekday, weekend and/or night shifts. We run a weekly rota which alternates between an A and B rota.
You should hold a Level 2 in Health & Social Care and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working at a senior level.
Salary is between £14.80 to £15.85 depending on qualification and required experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the effective running of the care shift when in a lead position.
- Allocate care duties
- Lead by example
- Dispense and administer medications
- Identify and respond to changes in health and wellbeing
- Actively participate in providing care to Residents
- Actively engage Residents in meaningful activities and social interaction
- Maintain accurate records
- Participate in additional training and personal development
