Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of warehouse areas, including floors, aisles, storage zones using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety by regularly sanitizing surfaces and waste disposal areas.
- Support warehouse operations by organizing supplies, restocking cleaning materials, and ensuring equipment is in good working order.
- Assist with general warehouse duties such as moving stock, loading/unloading goods, and maintaining clear pathways for safety and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify cleanliness issues or hazards and address them promptly.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently and uphold the cleanliness standards of the facility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; willingness to learn is highly valued.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and operating cleaning equipment for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude towards responsibilities.

Rate - £12.71 to £13.71 based on performance - Paid monthly on the last Friday of each Month.
Pay: £12.71-£13.71 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 20.0 per week
