Estimator
Location: Redditch
Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

WB Timber Innovations, part of the Keystone & Wyckham Blackwell Group of Companies, is seeking a Timber Frame/SIPs Estimator to join the team based at their Manufacturing & Design facility in Redditch. We are looking for an individual with a strong Timber Frame/SIPs estimating or design background, ideally with experience within the offsite manufacturing industry. You will be an integral part of a successful team delivering bespoke off-site build projects to a growing market.
Role responsibility
Your responsibilities will include:
- Interpret customer requirement and produce estimates following client/architect drawings.
- Prepare detailed quotations as required.
- Liaise with customers and provide a knowledgeable service.
- Liaise with colleagues to ensure estimates take into consideration costs, targets, and manufacturing capacity & capability.
- Attend meetings both in person and video conferencing.
- Work closely with the sales team to secure new business.
