Qualified, GDC registered Dental nurse required for a very friendly, mixed dental practice.
We are looking for a GDC registered dental nurse for a full-time position in a busy, three surgery, mixed NHS and private practice in Bicester. Wage will be based on experience.
We are a long established family practice situated just off the market square. The team consists of three dentists and two hygiene and therapists supported by a practice manager, qualified and apprentice DCPs and two receptionists. We are fully engaged with Thames Valley ICB primary care initiatives and have been presented with national awards for our involvement in clinical research. We actively encourage staff to further their careers through opportunities presented within the workplace. The practice was recently refurbished, is fully computerised with SOE Exact practice software and digital radiography. We are air-conditioned with central sterilisation.
Responsibilities include: providing chairside assistance, the decontamination of instruments, maintaining a clean and tidy surgery, setting up for treatments, ensuring adequate stock levels, updating patients records, carrying out and assisting with audits, ensuring the care and welfare of all patients, and reception duties as required.
Basic IT skills required. Hepatitis B immunisation status and right to work in UK essential.
