Children's Dance Teacher (Ballet, Singing & Performing Arts)

Petite Performers is looking for a warm, enthusiastic and reliable Dance Teacher to join our team from September 2026. We teach children aged 18 months to 8 years through a unique combination of ballet, dance, singing, storytelling and imaginative play, helping young children develop confidence, creativity and a love of performing.
Location: West Hampstead
Teaching Hours: Sundays, 9:00am–12:00pm
Teaching a variety of classes including:
Baby Ballet
Pre-Primary Ballet
Mini Hip Hop
Musical Theatre & Performing Arts
About You
We're looking for someone who:
● Holds a dance teaching qualification (preferred)
● Has at least 3 years' teaching experience if not formally qualified
● Is confident teaching ballet and singing
● Loves working with young children
● Is reliable, energetic and nurturing
● Is committed to teaching and professional development
● Recent graduates with a genuine passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
● Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
● First Aid Certificate
● Right to work in the UK
● Strong communication skills
Pay & Benefits:
£30–£35 per hour depending on experience. Additional paid admin opportunities for the right candidate. Ongoing training and support. Friendly, growing team.
Successful applicants will be invited to an interview followed by a trial teaching shift.
