Role: Mechanical Contracts Manager
Location: Belfast (NI projects + occasional UK travel)
Hours: Monday – Friday (site & office-based)
Pay: £65,000 – £75,000 + package

The Role:
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position where you will take full ownership of mechanical packages across multiple live projects.
You’ll be joining a contractor known for delivering high-quality, technically demanding projects, within a fast-moving, non-corporate environment where decisions are made quickly and standards are high.
You’ll be expected to run projects end-to-end — managing programme, subcontractors, client relationships, and ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to spec.
Positive Signs on your CV;
- 5+ years’ experience in a Mechanical Contracts Manager / Project Manager role
- Strong background in HVAC, pipework, ventilation, and building services
- Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on commercial or fit-out projects
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
