Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dealership Cleaner to maintain a pristine and welcoming environment at our automotive dealership. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the dealership—including toilets, showrooms, service areas, offices, and outdoor spaces—are spotless, organized, and inviting for customers and staff alike. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all dealership areas, including floors, all public areas, windows, restrooms, offices, and customer lounges.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicle display areas by sweeping, vacuuming, and washing floors as needed.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly to promote health and safety standards.
- Handle waste disposal efficiently by emptying trash bins and recycling containers throughout the premises.
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order.
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or damage.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize cleaning tasks during dealership hours or after hours as required.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work, preferably within a dealership or similar retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and pressure washers safely and effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance issues.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods.
