We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to take full operational responsibility for supported living and community-based services across Hull. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality person-centred support, while also playing a key role in the ongoing development and growth of the services.
You will lead and develop a dedicated team, build strong relationships with families, commissioners, and external professionals, and ensure that the people supported are empowered to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Take full operational responsibility for supported living and community services across Hull

Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing care and support team

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, legislation, and company policies

Oversee support planning, risk management, safeguarding, and quality assurance

Promote a positive, person-centred culture across the services

Build and maintain strong relationships with families, commissioners, and other professionals

Drive continuous improvement and support the ongoing development of the services

Ensure the people supported are treated with dignity, choice, respect, and independence

Proven experience as a Registered Manager within supported living or a similar setting

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, legislation, and best practice

Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs

Experience of Positive Behaviour Support and Active Support

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire teams

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Passion for delivering person-centred care and empowering people to live meaningful lives

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent

Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
