We’re now looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team - someone who values precision, thrives on the road, and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.
About the Role
As a Vending & Coffee Machine Service Engineer, you’ll be a key player in maintaining our high standards and ensuring every coffee break hits the mark. You’ll carry out service, repair, maintenance, and installation of machines across our Ashford & surrounding areas client base. Full training is provided, and you’ll receive continuous support from our technical and operations teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Servicing and repairing coffee and vending machines at customer sites.
- Installing and calibrating machines in line with pre-agreed specs.
- Diagnosing faults and liaising with HQ for parts and support using our PDA system.
- Providing an efficient, friendly, and professional service to every client.
- Maintaining your van to ensure it’s clean, roadworthy, and well-stocked.

- A clean UK driving licence is essential.
