About Us Duckworth Motor Group is expanding, and we're on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Person to join our thriving team at Kirton near Boston, Lincolnshire. As a family-owned business, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both our staff and customers.
The Opportunity We’ve recently launched the Omoda and Jaecoo brands in our area and we're searching for someone with substantial experience in new vehicle sales, a proven track record of success, and the ability to quickly master product knowledge through comprehensive training. If you excel at customer service, thrive in a team environment, and are driven by achieving targets, we want you to be part of our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to every client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify sales opportunities, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- Maximise sales through finance options, accessories and additional products.
- Be flexible to work weekends on a rota and participate in events throughout the county such as The Lincolnshire Show.

Schedule
- £30k - £50k OTE
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00
- Weekend shifts on a rotational basis
Location
- Kirton, Boston - Must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate before starting work.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in car sales (required)
