## Job Overview
Night care assistant required for a small 12 bed friendly care home in Darton. 3 nights a week, starting at 19.30 to 07.30. Rota completed with 4 weeks in advance.
Experience preferred but not essential, full training will be given.We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals in a care home setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and ensuring the well-being of residents.
## Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and implementing care plans for residents
- Provide personal care and support with daily activities
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Drive to appointments or outings as needed
- Utilize basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Support residents with home care tasks
## Skills
- Experience in care home environments is desirable
- Proficient in English to communicate effectively
- Ability to drive for resident transportation
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping
- Understanding of home care practices
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
