Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and health guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests or concerns.
- Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Skills
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
