Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Children's Intensive Intervention Professional to join our team. This role involves providing specialised support and intervention for children with behavioural, emotional, or developmental needs. The successful candidate will work closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement tailored care plans that promote positive outcomes. Duties
- Deliver individualised intervention programmes designed to meet each child's specific needs, focusing on behavioural and emotional development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create, review, and update comprehensive care plans.
- Utilise effective communication skills to engage children, families, and colleagues, fostering a supportive environment.
- Maintain accurate records of progress and interventions using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organisational policies.
- Lead activities that promote social skills, emotional regulation, and behavioural improvements in children.
- Provide guidance and training to families and caregivers to support ongoing development outside of direct intervention sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention strategies, adjusting approaches as necessary for optimal results.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in behavioural or developmental support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills essential for engaging children and collaborating with families and team members.
- Familiarity with IT systems used for record keeping and reporting is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities in managing caseloads or leading group activities.

Pay: £35.00-£65.00 per hour
