What You’ll Be Doing:
- Grow & Build Existing Accounts: Build relationships with our customers to understand their goals, challenges and buying patterns, finding innovative ways to drive more value
- Drive Revenue from Within: Proactively hunt for upsell and cross-sell opportunities, turning single order clients into legacy partners
- Data Driven Outreach: Leverage our internal dashboards and analytics to track buying patterns, anticipate needs and reach out at exactly the right time
- Collaborate Internally: Align with our external sales, support, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a flawless, efficient customer experience
