As a Match Day Assistant, you’ll play a key part in the successful delivery of match day entertainment across Scottish Gas Murrayfield and Hive Stadium. Working closely with the Entertainment Producer, Events Manager, and wider match day teams, you’ll help ensure performances, activations, and fan engagement activities run smoothly and to schedule.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two events are the same. You’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting performers, coordinating activity in your assigned area, and helping create an exciting and engaging atmosphere for supporters.
Key responsibilities

Attend pre-match entertainment briefings to understand the event schedule, priorities, and any last-minute updates

Act as a key point of contact for performers on match days, ensuring they are welcomed, supported, and kept informed

Coordinate entertainment activity within an assigned area of the stadium, making sure all acts and activations run on time

Support the delivery of both on-pitch and fan zone entertainment, including set-up, transitions, and general event coordination

Work closely with colleagues and other match day teams to ensure activations and performances are delivered seamlessly

Proactively identify and resolve issues on the day to help maintain a high-quality fan experience
