HGV Technician – Up to £50,000 + Extensive Training

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join our expanding team in Blythe Bridge. This position is ideal for a Level 3 qualified technician looking for a stable, well‑equipped workshop and access to industry‑leading training and development programmes.
You will work on a varied fleet of HGVs, trailers and commercial vehicles, carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics and safety inspections to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- HGV servicing and routine maintenance
- Diagnostics on electrical, mechanical and electronic systems
- Trailer repairs including hubs, brakes, air systems and lighting
- Brake relines, chambers, valves and air system fault‑finding
- Safety inspections including MOT preparation and defect rectification
- Use of modern workshop tooling, diagnostic equipment and OEM systems
- Accurate completion of job cards and maintenance documentation
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in HGV or Motor Vehicle Maintenance (essential)
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic background
- Experience with HGVs, trailers or commercial vehicles
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Full UK driving licence
