Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker/gardener to join our team in maintaining and overseeing the upkeep of our premises. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring a clean and safe environment for all occupants.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general gardening duties to maintain the grass and bushes of the premises/site.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them promptly
- Ensure all areas are kept secure and safe
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts
- Maintain outdoor spaces, including carpark and walkways
- Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and contractors
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required
- taking out bins on bin days and putting back in
Experience:
- knowledge in grounds maintenance
- knowledge in gardening
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
