Job Title: Plant Fitter
Reporting To: Lead Plant Fitter
Location: Roall Lane, Kellington, Nr. Goole. DN14 0NY
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm & pre auction weekend.
Euro Auctions conducts unreserved auctions of industrial plant, construction equipment and agricultural machinery on a global basis with sites in the UK, Europe, UAE, Australia, US and Canada. We are the market leader in Europe, holding more sales and selling more lots per sale than any other auction house.
Key Activities:
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repairs on plant and machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic faults.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
The Person:
We highly value strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities for this role, given the fast-paced nature of our workshop environment. The ideal candidate will have proven mechanical experience, a practical hands-on approach, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

The Requirements
Essential Criteria:
- Valid Driving Licence.
- Previous experience in a mechanical or Plant Fitter role.
- Good understanding of hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.
- Relevant mechanical qualification or apprenticeship.
- Experience working with construction equipment, agricultural machinery, or commercial vehicles.
