HR Recruiter / HR Manager
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / HR Manager to join our growing Health care organisation. This is a varied role combining end-to-end recruitment with generalist HR responsibilities, reporting directly to the Directors. You will be responsible for attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process, supporting managers, maintaining HR compliance, and ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
- Develop recruitment strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and other talent attraction methods.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fill vacancies efficiently and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Oversee HR administration, employee records, contracts, onboarding, probation, performance reviews, and offboarding.
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers on employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, Right to Work checks, Home Office requirements, and CQC standards.
- Maintain HR systems, recruitment trackers, and produce HR and recruitment reports.
- Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR and recruitment processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR and Recruitment (Health & Social Care experience is highly desirable).
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and general HR management.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience handling employee relations and HR compliance.
- Confident using ATS, HR systems, and Microsoft Office.
- CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 (desirable).
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
