Barista / Team Member
Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available
We’re looking for a friendly, cheerful, and hard-working person to join our team.
No experience is needed — full training will be provided. We’ll teach you everything from making great coffee, including Americanos and Frappuccinos, to preparing fresh sandwiches and lunches to a high standard.
We’re especially looking for someone who can work during the week, with occasional weekend availability.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing hot and cold drinks
- Making sandwiches and lunch items
- Serving customers with a friendly attitude
- Handling cash and payments
- Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and well presented
- Supporting with closing and clean-down duties
What We’re Looking For
- Positive and confident communication
- A team player who can also use their initiative
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good attention to quality and customer service
- Reliable and able to follow instructions
Hours
- Part-time: 16–26 hours per week
- Full-time: 26–35 hours per week
Applicants must be fully flexible on weekdays from 6:30am to 4:30pm, as shifts cover morning through lunchtime service.
Experience
Experience is welcome but not essential. The following would be an advantage:
- Barista experience
- Serving/customer service experience
- Food preparation skills
- Food safety knowledge
- Basic maths skills
- Good time management
