The Role
As a General Operative, you will work as part of a small, friendly team to produce and prepare our product range for customers. The role is varied, with opportunities to learn different processes and rotate between tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weighing and portioning raw materials and blending mixes according to clear recipe instructions
- Operating precise production equipment
- Packing products and preparing pallets for shipment
- Loading/unloading deliveries, warehouse storage, and dispatch
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Completing production records and reporting any issues
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment
