George Street & Bocardo Hotels - Oxford
We are currently recruiting for a Night Receptionist to work at our central Oxford hotels. If you are a friendly, responsible and hard working individual who is looking for overnight work and enjoys customer engagement, then we would love to hear from you.
- Provide a warm, friendly and efficient service to guests and visitors of the hotel.
- Maintain a high standard of appearance.
- Assist with guest luggage and requests where needed.
- Ensure hotel Health & Safety standards are maintained overnight to ensure guest safety and security.
- Provide first line responsibility for the hotel(s) overnight.
- Supporting hotel reception duties.
- Act as the primary responsible person in the event of a fire/evacuation measures being required.
- Maintain clear and professional communication in the event of fire alarm.
- Conduct night safety walks of the premises.
- Ensure common areas are kept clean and tidy over night.
- Support ancillary hotel operations as required.
- Data entry of key information.
- Preparation of briefing for incoming AM shift.
- Preparation of Housekeeping & Operational reports
- Responsible for bringing hotel linen trolleys up/down and managing deliveries overnight.
- Be a strong team player.
- Must have strong computer and communication skills.
Role available for quick start.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.71 per hour
