We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated new member of the team.
This is a varied role and will be based from our warehouse/ stock area at our Milton Keynes Headquarters. A key role in our Warehouse Team, making sure everything is organised, stock is managed properly, and vital parts are delivered on time to keep the whole business moving.
In addition to the warehouse duties, we will require the successful candidate to assist with some mobile activities, dropping off and collecting materials and equipment to and from our suppliers and engineers. In addition, assistance is required with the collection and delivery of our fleet of vans to and from local garages for servicing/ repairs and MOT’s.
The successful candidate will be required to hold a full clean driving licence as driving company vehicles is a requirement of the role. Experience driving larger vehicles such as long wheel base vans is essential.
Knowledge and / or experience of working within the plumbing and air conditioning profession would be an advantage but not essential, part of the role will include the testing of incoming and outgoing portable A/C units.
The ideal candidate would be computer literate, preferably with experience of CRM database. Training will be provided. Use of a smart phone is essential.
Any employment will be subject to a satisfactory reference, DBS check and a 6 month probationary period.

Job Tasks
- Taking deliveries and arranging tidy short/ long term storage in the warehouse
- Picking parts kits for installation jobs ready for engineers
- Booking in and out of shared tools/ equipment (ladders, scaffolds, specialist tools like the power flush machine)
- Racking away stock deliveries/ returned parts from jobs
- Managing waste returned from jobs, stripping waste to maximise recycling rates
- Arranging skip collections/ waste drop offs
- Delivering materials/ equipment to local sites as required
- Collecting local parts/ supplies to ensure the smooth running of the business
- Assist with stock ordering, flagging when consumables are running low
- Testing portable A/C units and packing them ready for delivery to customers
- Receiving returned portable A/C units, cleaning them up before putting in storage ready for their next hire
- Assist with the movement of vans for repairs/ servicing
- Booking in/ out shared vans monitoring condition, completing regular checks
