ATEX Premier Cleaning is transforming how industrial and manufacturing sites clean at height. Our specialist high‑level cleaning system reaches up to 16 metres from the ground, eliminating the need for MEWPs, scaffolding, or cherry pickers.

We are expanding rapidly and now seeking a confident, hands‑on Demonstration & Field Sales Specialist to showcase our equipment, deliver test patches, and help convert warm leads into new business across the UK.
Role Overview
Once our telesales team books a demo, you take the lead.
You’ll travel to client sites across England, Scotland, and Wales, delivering professional demonstrations of our high‑level cleaning system. Most travel is local or regional, but occasionally — when we receive a cluster of demos in Scotland — an overnight stay may be required. This is rare, and fully covered by the company (hotel + food).
Your role is practical, engaging, and client‑facing. You’ll demonstrate the equipment, complete live test patches, explain the benefits, and provide quotes for:
- Full system sales (vac + pole kit)
- Single item sales
- Cleaning services
- Hire packages
You’re not cold calling. You’re not chasing. You’re showcasing a product that sells itself once clients see it in action.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend pre-booked demonstrations arranged by our telesales team
- Deliver professional on-site demonstrations of our high-level cleaning system
- Complete test patches so clients can see real results first-hand
- Explain how our system improves safety, reduces costs, and eliminates working at height
- Provide quotes for:
- Full system sales
- Single item sales
- Cleaning services
- Hire packages
- Build strong relationships with site managers, engineers, and production teams
- Maintain a clean, professional company van and equipment
- Update CRM with demo notes, quotes, and outcomes
- Represent the ATEX brand with professionalism and confidence
- Occasionally adjust finish times based on client requirements (rare)
- Travel across England, Scotland, and Wales when required (overnight stays fully covered)
Bonus Structure
(Activated after probation & training)
- £50 per full sale (vac + pole kit)
- £25 for single item sales
- £25 per cleaning service booked
- £10 per hire package booked
Your demos directly drive revenue — and your bonus rewards you for it.
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator with strong face-to-face presence
- Practical, hands-on individual comfortable using equipment
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Able to explain technical concepts simply
- Motivated by results and customer satisfaction
- Organised and able to manage daily travel
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
- Experience in field sales, demonstrations, engineering, or industrial environments is beneficial — but not essential. Full training is provided.
