The Role
As a Junior Talent Partner, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to attract, engage, assess, and hire high-quality talent across the business. Working within established recruitment processes and frameworks, you will contribute to day-to-day hiring activities, ensuring candidates progress efficiently through the recruitment lifecycle while delivering a positive candidate experience.
You will work closely with Talent Partners, Hiring Managers, and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, and provide regular updates on recruitment activity. You will utilise a range of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and job boards, to identify and engage suitable candidates for current and future opportunities.
The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with responsibility for maintaining accurate recruitment data, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and continuous improvements that help enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the talent acquisition function.
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in recruitment and talent acquisition, building expertise in candidate engagement, stakeholder management, sourcing strategies, and recruitment operations within a supportive and collaborative environment.

· Understanding of recruitment processes, candidate management, and hiring best practices.
· A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
· Eagerness to learn, develop, and build a career within talent acquisition and recruitment.
· A collaborative team player who demonstrates professionalism, resilience, and a positive attitude.
Nice to have
· Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office applications.
· Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or a people-focused administrative role.
