We’re looking for a dedicated Early Years Apprentice (after completion of a three-month probationary period) to join our supportive and friendly team. As part of our team, you'll get hands-on experience in a nurturing setting, developing essential skills in early childhood education.

Your Role:
- Make a meaningful difference in children’s lives every day
- Support children’s learning, growth, and development
- Assist in planning and delivering fun, engaging activities
- Help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to meet every child’s needs
- Take part in outings and engage with the local community
- Complete 4–6 hours of dedicated off-the-job training each week within the nursery
- Undertake some coursework and learning activities at home
- Attend regular meetings with your assessor to support your progress
- Celebrate success through company award events and recognition programmes
- Attend our annual conference to connect, learn, and be inspired
