Join Baker Hughes, a global leader in Production Enhancement. We are seeking an experienced Vessel Supervisor to oversee vessel-based stimulation operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while supporting customers across offshore environments.

As a Vessel Supervisor, you will be:

Supervising vessel stimulation operations and onsite service execution.

Coordinating activities between vessel, platform, and shore-based teams.
-
Reviewing operational plans, risk assessments, and job readiness requirements.

Ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and operational procedures.

Maintaining accurate operational records and customer documentation.
To be successful in this role you will:

Have experience supervising offshore stimulation operations.
-
Have knowledge of vessel stimulation techniques and vessel-to-platform interface activities.

Have experience coordinating operational teams in offshore environments.

Have experience supporting operational planning and service delivery.

Have a BSc in Engineering or equivalent industry-related experience.
