We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Domestic and Commercial Cleaners to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various client sites, ensuring environments are safe, tidy, and welcoming. Your proactive approach will help us uphold our reputation for delivering market-leading cleaning services that meet the unique needs of each client.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises and private residences, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to achieve optimal results.
- Follow specific cleaning protocols tailored to each client's requirements to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention and promptly address any issues.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Complete cleaning checklists and documentation accurately after each shift.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and address special requests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality service delivery.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
- Reliable with excellent time management skills to meet scheduled deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to cleaning operations is a plus.
