ATEX Premier Cleaning is transforming how industrial and manufacturing sites clean at height. Our specialist high‑level cleaning system reaches up to 16 metres from the safety of the ground, eliminating the need for expensive, time‑consuming access equipment such as MEWPs, scaffolding, or cherry pickers.

We are expanding rapidly and are now looking for a confident, motivated B2B Appointment Setter to help us book demos and open new opportunities across the UK.
Role Overview
This is a pure B2B outbound calling role focused on booking free demonstrations for our Business Development Demo Team. You are not selling over the phone — your job is to spark interest, explain our unique solution, and secure appointments.
You will work from:
- Purchased data lists
- Multi‑site contact lists
- Warm leads
- LinkedIn outreach
Your success is measured by qualified demo bookings, not sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to cold and warm B2B leads
- Explain our USP clearly: high‑level cleaning from the ground with zero access equipment
- Book free on‑site demonstrations for our demo specialists
- Contact multiple sites within the same group to maximise opportunities
- Qualify prospects and update all activity in our CRM
- Follow up with interested leads to secure appointments
- Support occasional inbound enquiries
- Use LinkedIn (posts, comments, messaging) to increase visibility and generate interest
- Respond professionally to enquiries and engagement across channels
- Work independently, manage your own pipeline, and hit weekly/monthly demo targets

- Minimum 1 year B2B cold calling experience (preferred)
- Confident communicator with a strong, professional phone manner
- Self‑motivated and able to work off your own initiative

- Comfortable working from purchased data and cold lists
- Quick learner who can explain technical concepts simply
- Organised, punctual, and able to manage a busy call schedule
